In accordance with updated federal confidentiality regulations effective February 16, 2026, certain sensitive health information, including substance use disorder treatment records, is subject to enhanced privacy protections.

11. Complaints & Privacy Contact
If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with us or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. You will not be retaliated against for filing a complaint.
